The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  1. Customer designed merchandise or any item personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Shipping charges to return any item are at customer’s expense and should be returned through reputed courier service in the original package.
  3. Product cannot be returned for reasons like…you did not like the product or if it does not suit you.
  4. All the products shipped are new and are dispatched with utmost care. For any inquiry on quality of the product you can contact us prior to either show the product over a video call to ensure the quality and size and length, before placing the order, for utmost satisfaction

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyer’s country’s import legalities, Customs clearance / duties & delays are buyer’s responsibility

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Within India: Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery once the product has been shipped. (Conditions apply)

For your protection all our International shipments will be shipped through reputed postal services like UPS, Aramex or Fedex.

For shipping in India, we deliver through reputed domestic courier services like professional couriers, Dtdc and Bluedart.
